Balwaan Gold Series BS-30G Double Motor Sprayer - Battery Sprayer Machine

The Balwaan BS-30G is a battery sprayer machine built for crop protection, gardening, and sanitization work across farms and homes. It runs a 12V 12A double motor delivering up to 3X pressure, carries a 20-litre tank, and switches between single and double-motor modes.

What The Balwaan Krishi Double Motor Battery Sprayer Is Built For

The Balwaan Krishi BS-30G sprays water-soluble fertilizers, insecticides, and herbicides across agricultural, horticultural, household, and industrial areas. That covers crop protection in a field, pest control in a nursery, weed treatment along a boundary, and sanitization work around a property. Buyers who want the same double-motor performance on a longer-lasting battery can look at the lithium-ion Gold Series BS-30GL.

Average working pressure is 130 PSI, and the double motor delivers up to 3X pressure compared with a standard single-motor sprayer. Higher pressure means finer atomisation and better reach, which is what determines whether spray actually settles on the underside of leaves rather than running off the top.

The tank holds 20 litres, with a transparent water level marking line that runs down the tank, so the remaining volume is visible at a glance.

12V 12A Battery Power with India's First Digital Indicator

The Balwaan BS-30G runs on a 12V 12A lead-acid battery weighing 3.5 kg, and the battery is easily removable for charging separately from the sprayer unit.

The Balwaan Gold Series BS-30G Double Motor Sprayer carries India's first digital battery indicator. Rather than a coloured light that tells you roughly how much is left, the digital display shows real-time charge status. That matters because a sprayer that dies halfway through a tank leaves chemical mixed and unused, so knowing the actual charge level lets you decide whether to start another tank or charge first.

Single Motor vs Double Motor Mode Explained

A single switch toggles between the two modes.

Single motor mode runs up to 6.5 hours on a charge, at lower pressure. Use it for routine work where reach and atomisation are not critical, and where covering ground through a long session matters more.

Double motor mode runs up to 4 hours and delivers 3X pressure. Use it when spray needs to reach the canopy, penetrate dense foliage, or cover ground quickly at higher output.

The practical value is that one machine does both. You are not choosing between pressure and runtime at purchase; you choose per job, in the field.

Using The Balwaan Pesticide Sprayer for Crops, Gardens and Sanitization

Here's where the Balwaan Krishi sprayer fits across your farm, garden and outdoor spaces.

• Crop protection with insecticides and herbicides

• Water-soluble fertilizer application

• Garden and horticulture spraying

• Sanitization in household and industrial areas

We ship three spray lances with the machine, so one job doesn't have to compromise for another. Field crops, garden beds, and hard-surface sanitization each call for a different lance and nozzle, and this machine covers all three.

Comfort Features Built for Long Spraying Sessions

Spraying is a carrying job. Twenty litres of liquid plus a 3.5 kg battery can be a load across several hours, so the harness matters as much as the pump.

We provide you with an extra padded belt that spreads the load across the shoulders instead of concentrating it, and a back cushion sits between the tank and the operator's back. The smart filter clutch keeps the flow clean so the nozzle does not clog mid-pass. The On/Off switch sits under a hard plastic cover, which keeps it protected from the spray mist and accidental knocks while working through crop rows.

Warranty & Why Choose the Balwaan BS-30G

Trusted by 10 lakh+ farmers, Balwaan Krishi backs the Gold Series BS-30G Double Motor Sprayer with service, spares and warranty.

• India's first digital battery indicator is the feature that separates the BS-30G from a standard knapsack sprayer.

• Combined with dual-mode operation, a removable battery and 130 PSI average working pressure, it is built for operators who spray regularly rather than occasionally.

• The BS-30G carries a 1-year warranty, and easy returns apply subject to the Return Policy.

All accessories and spare parts are available across the Balwaan Krishi range, with a spares catalogue covering brush cutters, sprayers, power weeders, water pumps, chainsaws and other machine categories.

Buyers who want double-motor pressure without the digital indicator can look at the Double Motor Battery Sprayer BS-22D. Those who don't need double-motor output can look at the single-motor Battery Sprayer BS-22.
