The Balwaan BHE-33 features a 33-number HTP pump powered by a 6.5 HP, 196cc petrol engine. Its three-piston pump delivers 10 to 50 kg/cm² of output pressure, while the included 50-metre hose lets you spray across a wide area without moving the machine. Two brass sprayer guns and one litre of engine oil are also included..
What Is the Balwaan HTP Sprayer Pump Used For?
High-pressure spraying over large areas. On farms that means pesticide and fertiliser across field crops, orchards and plantations, where a knapsack tank would need refilling twenty times over. Commercially, the same pressure range handles washing, sanitisation and general water-spraying work. HTP stands for horizontal triple piston, and the triple-piston design is what sustains pressure through a long session instead of pulsing.
Key Features of This 6.5 HP HTP Sprayer
The engine, the pump and the frame are the three things that decide how this machine holds up.
6.5 HP 196cc air-cooled 4-stroke petrol engine
Recoil starter, no battery or power connection needed
3-piston brass HTP pump for steady high-pressure output
Strong frame structure built for commercial and agricultural duty
Low fuel consumption at 750 ml an hour
Free 50 metre hose pipe, 2 brass sprayer guns and 1 litre engine oil
Petrol Engine and Pump Performance
Petrol engine: The 6.5 HP 196cc engine is air-cooled and 4-stroke. Petrol goes straight in with no oil mixing, and air cooling means there is no radiator or coolant to maintain. A 3 litre tank at 750 ml an hour runs roughly four hours between fills.
Pump performance: The engine drives a three-piston pump. Each piston fires at a different point in the cycle, so output stays smooth instead of arriving in surges. Over a two-hour session that shows up at the gun as a steady spray pattern rather than a pulsing one.
Suction Capacity and Output Pressure
Suction capacity: The pump draws 42 to 51 litres per minute from the source. That intake rate is what sustains output when the gun is open continuously.
Output pressure: Pressure ranges from 10 to 50 kg per square centimetre. Set it low for delicate foliage and young plants, where a hard jet strips leaves. Set it high for tall orchard canopies, dense growth or washing work. One pump therefore covers spraying jobs that would otherwise need two machines. For a smaller 22 number pump on the same 6.5 HP engine, compare the BHE-22 HTP sprayer.
Where the HTP Sprayer Pump Is Used
Field crops and orchards are the core use. The 50 metre hose is what makes it practical: park the pump at the water source and walk the gun out across the block, rather than dragging 33 kg down every row. Plantations and nurseries use it for the same reason. On the commercial side it handles sanitisation of premises, vehicle and equipment washing, and general water-spraying tasks. For spraying at battery-sprayer scale rather than pump scale, the SP-80B battery sprayer is the lighter option.
Benefits of Choosing a Petrol HTP Pump
A petrol HTP pump lets you spray large blocks without a power connection, and covers both fine spraying and heavy washing.
Spray remote blocks with no electricity, so you are not limited to plots near a supply line
Cover a wide area without shifting 33 kg, as the 50 metre hose walks out to the crop instead
Handle young plants and tall canopies with one machine, by setting pressure anywhere from 10 to 50 kg/sq cm
Use the same pump for washing work, so it earns its cost outside the spraying season
Spray for hours without the output fading, because three pistons keep pressure steady
Refuel three times a day at most, since 750 ml an hour runs about four hours per tank
For a lighter engine-driven option, the BHX-22 HTP sprayer runs an 80cc engine instead.
How to Start and Maintain Your HTP Sprayer
Do not start a new engine yourself. Engines ship without oil. Read the manual and contact Balwaan support to arrange a technical walkthrough before first start.
Fill engine oil to the mark, then fill the 3 litre tank with clean petrol.
Prime the pump with water before starting. Running the pistons dry damages the seals.
Check hose connections and the suction filter for grit before every session.
Start on the recoil, then set pressure to suit the crop rather than leaving it at maximum.
After spraying chemicals, run clean water through the pump, hose and both guns until it runs clear.
Wear the protective gear named on the chemical label, and follow local agriculture department guidance on drift and re-entry timing.
